Breast mutilation

I am 55 years old and had a double mastectomy 4 years ago. I did have early stage 1 breast cancer. I declined any other treatment including tamoxifen. Before my surgery, I received genetic testing and counseling. When you do the counseling, they do explain to you why some people have gene mutation and why others don't. They are very specific as to what can cause your genes to go the wrong way.The problem is, that Dr. Dahlman is right. The percentage of women who get breast cancer could be…See More

IBS- Finished 1 year of Protocol

I have been on Dahlman's protocol now for a year and seeing a lot of results. Last month I had to go back to no fructose for a week or so because I was having abdominal pain. It cleared and I am slowly adding fructose into my diet. It helps that I do only 1 or 2 servings a day and on some days back to 1. Dr Dahlman said to stop eating the plain potato chips or chips in general…See More
